Transfer News
Leah Cohen Hayes has transferred from Newcastle West Town to the Cork Girls U-17 League of Ireland team. Leah has played at under age level for the Republic of Ireland. And she is currently in an international panel. Oisín Collins & Emmet Righter have joined the Kerry Boys U-15 League of Ireland team. Oisín has won a number of awards in the Desmond league, including divisional player of the year, and inter-league player of the year. All these players are away to take on new challenges. Churchgate Collection
Newcastle West Town would like to thank everyone who contributed, and to thank everyone who collected at its churchgate collection last weekend.

League AGM
The Limerick Desmond Schoolboys /Girls league will hold its annual general meeting in the Longcourt Hotel on Friday, 8.2.19. Newcastle West Town has proposed a number of motions for AGM, including the introduction of U-7 and U-11 fixtures, and the creation of U-13 and U-15 leagues. Club members, who would like to attend the meeting, should visit the lajolladetail.com, chairman or secretary of NCW Town. The club is allowed to bring 17 delegates.

Registration Nights
Newcastle West Town is holding registration nights for its schoolboys and schoolgirls teams on Tuesday 12.2.19, and on Friday, 15.2.19. The coming season will run from March to November, with a five week break during late July and early August. The first fixtures could take place as early as March 2nd.
